SMCC 아동 안전 표준SMCC Child Safety Standards

SMCC는 아동 성적 학대·착취(CSAE)를 어떤 형태로도 용납하지 않습니다. 아래 행위는 서비스의 모든 곳(프로필, 게시물, 댓글, 모임 대화, 후기, 사진, 오프라인 모임)에서 금지됩니다.

• 아동 성 학대물(CSAM)을 올리거나, 나누거나, 요청하거나, 그 위치를 알려 주는 행위
• 아동을 성적으로 묘사하거나 성적 대상으로 삼는 글·이미지(그림·합성·AI 생성물 포함)
• 성적 목적으로 아동에게 접근하거나 신뢰를 쌓는 행위(그루밍)
• 아동에게 성적 이미지를 요구하거나, 그런 이미지로 협박하는 행위(성착취·섹스토션)
• 아동 인신매매나 성매매를 권하거나 돕는 행위

만 14세 이상만 가입하고 모임에 신청할 수 있습니다. 가입할 때 나이 조건에 동의를 받으며, 나이 조건에 맞지 않는 계정을 알게 되면 이용을 멈추고 계정을 정리합니다.

• 댓글·대화·후기처럼 이용자가 올리는 글은 게시 전에 자동으로 검토하고, 기준에 맞지 않으면 게시하지 않거나 숨깁니다.
• 이용자는 불쾌한 글이나 이용자를 차단할 수 있습니다.
• 모임은 공개된 장소(카페 등)에서 호스트가 진행하며, 운영자가 모임 개설을 검토합니다.

• 앱·웹의 신고하기(/report) 화면에서 신고할 수 있습니다. 로그인하지 않아도 낼 수 있고, 받은 링크로 처리 상태를 볼 수 있습니다.
• 게시물·댓글·후기의 「신고」 버튼으로 해당 글을 바로 신고할 수 있습니다.

아동이 지금 위험에 처해 있다면 먼저 112(경찰)에 신고해 주세요.

• «안전 문제»로 접수된 신고는 바로 운영자에게 알림이 가고 긴급 건으로 다룹니다. 모든 신고는 24시간 안에 검토합니다.
• 위반이 확인되면 해당 콘텐츠를 즉시 지우고, 작성자 계정을 영구 정지합니다.
• 아동 성 학대물(CSAM)이나 아동 대상 범죄가 의심되면 관할 수사기관(경찰청 등)과 관련 기관에 신고하고, 수사에 필요한 기록을 법이 허용하는 범위에서 보존·제공합니다.

회사는 「아동·청소년의 성보호에 관한 법률」 등 대한민국의 아동 보호 관련 법령과, 서비스를 제공하는 지역의 관련 법령을 지킵니다.

SMCC does not tolerate child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form. The following is prohibited everywhere in the service: profiles, posts, comments, meetup chats, reviews, photos and in-person meetups.

• Uploading, sharing, requesting or pointing to child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Content that sexualizes children, including drawings, edited images and AI-generated images
• Approaching or building trust with a child for sexual purposes (grooming)
• Asking a child for sexual images, or threatening a child with such images (sextortion)
• Promoting or facilitating child trafficking or the commercial sexual exploitation of children

Only people aged 14 or older may sign up or apply for meetups. We ask users to confirm the age requirement at sign-up. If we learn that an account does not meet it, we suspend the account and remove it.

• User content such as comments, chats and reviews is reviewed automatically before it is posted; content that breaks our rules is not posted or is hidden.
• Users can block other users and unwanted content.
• Meetups are run by hosts in public places such as cafés, and our team reviews meetups before they open.

• Use the Report screen (/report) in the app or on the web. You can report without logging in and follow the status with the link you receive.
• Use the “신고 (Report)” button on posts, comments and reviews to report that content directly.

If a child is in immediate danger, call your local emergency number first (112 in Korea).

• Reports filed as a safety issue alert our team immediately and are handled as urgent. Every report is reviewed within 24 hours.
• When a violation is confirmed, we remove the content immediately and permanently ban the account.
• When we find or suspect CSAM or a crime against a child, we report it to the competent law enforcement authorities (such as the Korean National Police Agency) and relevant organizations, and we preserve and provide records as permitted by law.

We comply with Korean child protection laws, including the Act on the Protection of Children and Youth against Sex Offenses, and with the relevant laws of the regions where we offer the service.
